Credit: All order acceptances will be based on credit department approval. Credit limits will be based on payment history, current financial information, and other factors. C.O.D. or advance payment may be required in some cases.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: FOB Randolph, NJ, FOB Auburn, WA. Please indicate special shipping instructions clearly on your purchase orders.

Shipment Damage and Shortages: Inspect all shipments and check shipped quantities carefully. Report all damaged and missing cartons to the delivering carrier. Report merchandise shortages to Tahsin's Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt of shipment. All shortage claims must be accompanied by the invoice number.

Returns: Authorization is required for all returns. Please contact Red Ledge Return Dept. for the Return Request Form or download directly from www.redledge.com. Returns will be refused if all cartons are not clearly marked with a valid RA#, and sent freight prepaid. Products purchased as seconds, irregulars, and/or discontinued merchandise are not returnable. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns other than defective merchandise or shipping errors.

Back Orders: All back orders will be considered cancelled after 60 days. Notification must be given by phone/fax prior to automatic cancellation date.

Past Due Accounts: A finance charge of 2% per month will be charged on past due accounts. Please note, shipping priority will be based on payment history.

Prompt Payment Discounts: Prompt payment discounts will not be allowed when an account has other invoices in past due status.

Employee Purchases: Red Ledge offers discounts to store employees. Contact your local sales rep., Red Ledge main office or our website for terms and pro purchase forms.

Feedback: Red Ledge is constantly looking for ways to refine our designs so they better suit your needs. We appreciate any comments and suggestions you might have and would like to hear about any adventures you've been on with your Red Ledge gear.

Photographs: We invite you to submit strong and original images of our products in use. Payment and credit will be given for any shot published; others will be returned after review. Please send your submissions (preferably 35mm color slides) to:

Warranty: All Tahsin products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair or replace it, at our option. This warranty does not apply to products that we deem have been damaged by accidents,improper care, or negligence.
